we process the following only to run the product for you:

• account details: your email and an encrypted password.
• for astrological calculation: your date, time and place of birth, and your name.
• product usage: which features you use, device type, app version, language and time zone (anonymous analytics).
• notification address: only when you allow notifications, so we can send them.
• conversations: what you write to the ai guide, processed so it can answer you.

this data is used to produce astrological content for you and to run the app. it is never sold for marketing and never shared with third parties for advertising.

• all of your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• we process your data while your account is active.
• when you delete your account, all personal data enters deletion immediately.
• records we are legally required to keep (invoices, for example) are kept for the period the law requires.
• de-identified or aggregated statistics may be kept without a time limit, because they no longer identify you.

running gnomi requires the provider categories below. they access your data only on our behalf and for a limited purpose:

• cloud hosting and database services (EU located)
• anonymous usage analytics
• ai conversation infrastructure: Google (Vertex AI / Gemini) — your conversations are processed only to answer you and are not used to train models
• notification delivery (Apple, Google)

every transfer runs over an encrypted (TLS) channel, and our providers hold industry standard security certifications.

some of these providers, our ai infrastructure in particular, may process data outside Türkiye and the European Union, for example in the USA. transfers always run over an encrypted channel and the providers remain bound by the data protection obligations of the country they operate in.

• we do not collect location (GPS) data.
• we do not run cookie based ad tracking.
• we do not ask for contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
• we do not share your birth details with ad networks.

you can contact us at any time to:

• learn which of your data is processed,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• ask for deletion,
• request an export of your data,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent.

we respond within 30 days at the latest.

in the app, follow profile → settings → delete my account to delete your account and all of your data. this cannot be undone.

if you cannot reach the app, delete it from www.gnomi.app/en/delete-account by confirming with your email.

gnomi is designed for users aged 18 and over. we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

• all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• passwords are stored with one way, industry standard hashing.
• access is role based: only authorised systems reach any given piece of data.

when this policy is updated we notify you in the app. the last update date is shown above.
